DOA - We must receive a photo or video of the animal in the unopened bag, from there we will address how to amend the loss. Please send attachments to TropicCove.Petoskey@gmail.com

Live animal returns are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case by case basis. 

Dry Good, Supply & Food items can be returned if they haven't been used (wet, dirty, etc)
